LIMITATIONS
* The Zika IgG/IgM Rapid Test is limited to the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to Zika virus in human serum or plasma. The intensity of the test band does not have linear correlation with the antibody titer in the specimen.
* A negative result for an individual subject indicates absence of detectable IgG and IgM antibodies to Zika virus. However, a negative test result does not preclude the possibility of exposure to Zika Virus.
* A negative result can occur if the quantity of Zika antibodies present in the specimen is below the detection limit of the assay, or the antibodies that are detected are not present during the stage of disease in which a sample is collected.
* The results obtained with this test should only be interpreted in conjunction with other diagnostic procedures and clinical findings

Chlamydia trachomatis is a bacterium which causes a sexually-transmitted infection. Chlamydia is a very common disease, which, because of its complications, should be taken very seriously. In women, the commonest site for infection is the cervix, or neck of the womb. It can also affect the urethra, which is the tube which carries urine from the bladder to the outside world. Other sites for chlamydial infection in both men and women include the tissues around the rectum and also the eyes. The most worrying effect of a chlamydial infection in women is that of potential fertility problems, due to inflammation of the fallopian tubes or cervix. The disease is particularly common among young people.
The Mytest Chlamydia Ag Test is a rapid immune-chromatographic assay for the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis antigen in human cervical from the swab. It is used for diagnosing and controlling the treatment of Chlamydia trachmatis infection in females.
TEST PRINCIPAL
The Mytest Chlamydia Ag contains a membrane strip, which is pre-coated with mouse monoclonal anti-Chlamydia trachomatis on test band region. The complex of sample including chlamydia antigen and mouse monoclonal anti-Chlamydia trachomatis-colloid gold conjugate moves along the membrane chromatographically to the test region and forms a visible line as the antibodyantigen-antibody gold particle complex forms. Therefore, the formation of a visible line in the test region indicates a positive result for the detection of Chlamydia antigen. When the Chlamydia antigen are absent in the sample, no visible color band in the test region. The Mytest Chlamydia test device has a letter of T and C as “Test Line” and “Control Line” on the surface of the case. Both the Test Line and Control Line in result window are not visible before applying any samples. The Control Line is used for procedural control. Control line should always appear if the test procedure is performed properly and the test reagents of control line are working.

* Test principle
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MT1E. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MT1E, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human MT1E. You can calculate the concentration of Human MT1E in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

The RecombiLISA Dengue Ag ELISA is a solid-phase, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay that was developed using the antibody sandwich technique. The two main kit components are:
1) A 96 breakable well plate with the solid microwells pre-coated with rabbit anti- Pan Dengue NS1 antibody
2) A conjugate solution composed of antibodies against Dengue NS1 antigen conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP-anti-dengue NS1 conjugates)
This test is intended for the qualitative detection of dengue NS1 antigen (DEN1, 2, 3, 4) in human serum or plasma. It is intended to be used by professionals as an aid in the early detection of dengue virus infection . Any interpretation or use of this test result must also rely on other clinical findings as well as on the professional judgment of healthcare providers.
Recommended for use:
- Any person presenting with clinical signs or symptoms consistent with acute dengue infection or dengue fever including: high fever, severe headaches, pain behind the eyes, severe joint and muscle pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and/or skin rash.
Dengue NS1 antigen is released into the blood during viral replication in an infected patient, and is detectable from the first day after the onset of fever up to Day 9. NS1 antigen can be identified before the formation of antibodies, thus making it a beneficial biomarker for early detection of dengue infection, allowing for prompt management of dengue fever.

Q-Fever is a disease that results from infection with small, polymorph and gram-negative bacteria called Coxiella burnetii. After an outbreak in Brisbane, Australia, the responsible organism was isolated and named Coxiella burnetii in honour of Dr. Herald Rae Cox and Sir Frank Burnet. New molecular research demonstrated a close relationship to Legionella. The zoonosis Q-Fever is found everywhere except New Zealand (no data available). There is an extensive reservoir (mainly ticks) of C. burnetii. Ticks are an important vector of the pathogen in the transmission between domestic and wildlife animals. But the ticks are unimportant in the direct infection of humans. Cattles, sheep and goats are usually the source of transmission of this microorganism to humans. However cats, dogs and rabbits are also important in this regard. In most instances humans become infected with Coxiella burnetii following inhalation of contaminated aerosols (respiratory tract). The incubation period for Q-Fever in humans is about 2 weeks. The resulting illness can be divided into acute and chronic varieties. During the acute phase of illness antibodies to the phase 2-antigen are formed. Anti phase-1 antibodies in high titers are typical for a chronic disease. In areas where Q-Fever is endemic, 12% or more of the population have antibodies to C. burnetii. Most of the infections are subclinical or undiagnosed.
